January 2019 Market Review
Per January 2019’s Absorption rates, four out of the seven areas we focused on, making up the Eastside, were Buyer’s markets, while the remaining three were Neutral. Seattle, on the other hand, three out of the four markets we focused on remained Seller’s markets while the other concluded in the Neutral zone. Year-over-Year common trends between the Eastside and Seattle include noteworthy spikes in inventory, and declining asking prices.
